Wendy Chiu, MD.CM, FRCPC is a geriatrician at the MUHC Geriatric Day Hospital (GDH.) She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, McGill University, and completed residency/fellowship training in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine at McGill and University of Toronto. Her clinical work primarily involves interdisciplinary comprehensive geriatric assessment and rehabilitative care of the frail elderly, working towards the GDH mandate of assisting the frail elderly to reside in the community setting for as long and as safely & independently as possible, with emphasis on patient & caregiver quality of life.
